We have set aside twenty Pinburgh 2025 tickets to sell to various businesses and locations around the world to give people another chance to enter the Pinburgh 2025 World Match Play Championships!

Businesses, arcades, or leagues interested in this opportunity, please use this form to apply. Applications will be accepted until January 20, 2025. The event or drawing must be held between February 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025. Events that ran a satellite last year will receive priority.

There are, of course, a few guidelines:

• If the ticket is used for a random drawing, the drawing must be held publicly and details on how to enter must be made public as well as all entrants must have the opportunity to view the drawing (either in person or via streaming).
• If the ticket will be given away via tournament, please put all of the details of the tournament in the application form, be as specific as possible. One format that was well received in the past was a tournament where participants were all entered into a drawing for the ticket.
• All local laws and regulations must be followed when awarding the ticket. This is the responsibility of the giveaway organizer, and the organizer indemnifies Pittsburgh Pinball and all associated entities.
• The Pinburgh entry is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. If the person who wins the event/drawing already has a ticket they will be refunded the cash value of the ticket ($350) for up to 7 days after the event they won the entry in. If the winner does not request a refund within 7 days, the refund will be issued based on the refund schedule posted here.
• The event or drawing must be held between February 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025.

The application process is open NOW through January 20, 2025. Selected events will be notified soon thereafter.

Cost of the promotional entry will be $650. Payment is due within 5 business days of your application being approved.

Super Supporter Tickets

Ten (10) tickets will be available at $1,000 each, one hour before general ticket sales, at 11 am Eastern on February 5, 2025.

Purchase of a Super Supporter ticket includes the following:

• 1 entry into Pinburgh 2025
• 5 days admission (Wednesday - Sunday) to the Rezzanine during Pinburgh week.
• an exclusive limited edition T-shirt

Previous Pinburgh Super Supporters will receive their presale instructions via email in January 2025.

Purchasers of the Pinburgh Super Supporter ticket will receive a presale code before every future Pinburgh tournament that will enable the buyer to purchase a Pinburgh ticket before the tickets go on sale to the public, guaranteeing they will have a chance to attend. This benefit is non-transferrable.
